After starting his career in media, Twysden moved into the luxury nightlife scene where he ran London’s second largest club, The Hanover Grand, before opening others, including Bardo and The Junction. He conceptualised and staged Purple in the Park and Fierce Festival, and founded Purple Radio, which was later sold to Wireless Group.

Twysden is a founder member of Soho House; chaired the Development Committee of Home House; and served on the Membership Committees of One Alfred Place and The Reptile Club. He was also a founding board member of charity Surf Aid International and co-owns the UK’s oldest clock and watch company Dent & Co.

Twysden has a hands-on understanding of the challenges of business from concept to delivery. He brings this knowledge, along with a large network of contacts, to his role at Adoreum.

Rob has extensive experience in the luxury products and services sector. After founding Marquis Jets Europe, he subsequently became Vice Chairman of NetJets Europe, owned by Berkshire Hathaway. Rob has served as a main board director of Richemont, one of the world’s largest luxury brand owners, and is also a shareholder in luxury safe manufacturer Stockinger.

In previous roles, Rob was the CEO of Telepiù Pay TV in Milan, Italy and non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Exclusive Resorts Europe, a company that owns and operates luxury villa residences. Rob has an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and a B.B.S. from the University of Cape Town.

Marcus, an experienced corporate adviser and entrepreneur, began his career in private banking and wealth management, initially in sales and marketing and later as an investment analyst, at private merchant bank Duncan Lawrie. He moved to Sigma Technology Management where he invested in the TMT sector; became founding Director of Sales & Marketing of Home House; and then co-founded Edison Interactive Group, the owner of TV production company Done & Dusted, online broadcasting network Swtich2 and sports ecommerce site Kitbag.

Marcus is a Partner in Ironbridge Capital Partners LLP, a regulated corporate advisory business and a director and advisor of several media, entertainment and property companies. He has an MSc in International Business Management from King’s College, University of London.

Marcus founded Adoreum Partners with Rob Hersov in March 2009.

Denis has been a member of the Adoreum team since October 2016 and is an Account Executive specializing in client activation. Denis holds a first class BA Honours degree in Fashion Buying Management from the University of Westminster and is fluent in both English and Russian. Denis conceived, established and developed a luxury retail business in Baku (Azerbaijan) while working on his dissertation in London. Denis is particularly effective in delivering HNW and UHNW engagement plans, working with partners to deliver truly memorable experiences. In his spare time, he enjoys travel and opera.

As Adoreum’s Creative & Account Manager, Georgia runs the Adoreum Club, where she is responsible for the management of the Adoreum Club members, member events and the main point of contact for facilitating introductions. Georgia is also responsible for leading client events and the creation of Adoreum’s new business proposals, branding, collateral, creative content for the website and social media channels.

Georgia joined Adoreum in February 2016, after Graduating with a BSc in International Business Management from The Royal Agricultural University. Prior to joining Adoreum, Georgia was part of the marketing team at Fresh Direct, after completing a two year graduate scheme. Her experience included working on a range of client events, website developments, national and local sales and communications.

Brian Clivaz is a well-known figure in the members club, hotel and restaurant world.

His career began at the The Dorchester Hotel working with Anton Mosimann. He trained in Paris at L’Hôtel Plaza Athenée and L’Hôtel Meurice He was Duty Manager at the Mandarin Hyde Park Hotel and transferred to Dubai to help establish the Dubai International Hotel. He became Managing Director of the Fourways Inn, Bermuda, Managing Director of Simpson’s-in-the-Strand and Food & Beverage Director for The Savoy Group. He was the founding Director of Home House, private members’ club and Managing Director of Scott’s Restaurant, Mount Street. In 2005 he became Managing Director of The Arts Club and oversaw its transformation into London’s most fashionable and profitable private members’ club. In September 2012 he became Chairman of Coq d’Or Restaurants owners of Langan’s Brasserie, Odin’s and Shepherd’s restaurants and is now the Director of L’Escargot Restaurant in Soho, London’s oldest French restaurant.

Andrew comes from a financial background having started his career within The Barclays Group where he held several senior management positions and gained over twenty years experience in corporate banking, intermediary business and high net worth complex lending. He went on to form his own specialist property finance and acquisition company helping select clients build diverse property portfolios.

His innate ability to proactively problem solve and approach deals from new and creative perspectives has led to high demand for his skills. A key element of his success lies in his unprecedented networking capabilities and connections around the world. These skills have seen him move into sectors as varied as stockbroking, financial consultancy, music publishing and film production.

He is a founder and financial director of Gennaker Films, who have recently completed filming of a feature length documentary about the life of boxing legend Joe Calzaghe which will be released later this year, as well as a key adviser to University of Wales Trinity Saint David. This role allows Andrew to draw on his wide range of contacts to create mutually beneficial investment opportunities for the university and those who work with them.

For the past five years Andrew has also worked with the charities Mellon Township Trust and Mellon Educate and has recently been appointed to the board of directors. Based in South Africa the charity aims to improve the lives of those living in townships by providing quality housing and education. This opportunity to further his philanthropic work is particularly exciting and a focus for Andrew in the coming years.

Brett founded his own agency in 2002, bringing big brand consumer thinking and marketing intelligence to real estate brands and developers on a global scale.

Previously, Dana was Philanthropy Lead at UNICEF UK working with ultra-high networth individuals that support the United Nations Children Fund at the highest level. She started her career 15 years ago working for Louis Vuitton- Moet Hennessy, Saatchi & Saatchi and Sotheby’s. She is a lecturer at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership where she completed her Masters.  She lectures at prestigious European business schools on cross-sector partnerships, luxury brand management, and communications for development.

Katie supports the senior team in facilitating strategic partnerships, direct introductions and new business acquisition and runs our unique Adoreum Thought Leadership and PA Network event platforms.

Katie has a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Bristol and spent the first four years of her career at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd; starting in the technical laboratory testing bespoke paints and gradually working her way around the business ending up as the Marketing Manager of the Private Office. She brings her knowledge of the corporate super-luxury sector and network of contacts to her role at Adoreum.

With vast international experience, native Australian Fee has worked at the forefront of the luxury lifestyle industry across Europe, the Middle East and the USA.

As part of the founding team for Quintessentially’s 3rd office, in Dubai, she was responsible for business development, marketing strategy and brand positioning. In 2007, she worked with the Getty Family, repositioning their hospitality businesses. Fee then again established a presence for Quintessentially by opening its 47th office, in San Francisco. She has served on many boards internationally and is also a regular keynote speaker on HNW consumers and culture codes.

In her role as Managing Director, Fee is responsible for the strategy and implementation of client acquisition, retention and growth strategies across Adoreum’s portfolio. She delivers key business development strategies that complement and enhance the traditional go-to-market initiatives.
