On Thursday 11th June, a small group of Club Members enjoyed a Cookalong with renowned Chef and Restaurateur, Neil Rankin.
Neil has opened over twelve restaurants including the multi-award winning Temper, Pitt Cue, Bad Egg and, most recently, Simplicity Burger. Neil is also a regular on British Television, including Great British Menu and Saturday Kitchen. He is the author of the meat and barbecue Bible low and slow and has also written numerous columns for many British newspapers and industry publications.
Together with Neil and our great friends at SALT, we created an intimate masterclass to be enjoyed by Adoreum Club members who were up for experimenting in the kitchen! We started the evening with a welcome drink and an introduction to Neil and fellow guests before we got straight into the cooking experience where we spent about an hour preparing a ‘Chicken Curry with Flaky Rhoti and Jhal Muri Salad’ live with guidance from Neil. By around 8.30pm, we were ready to dish up and enjoyed our dinner whilst chatting to Neil and fellow Adoreum guests.
