Phil is the Founder and Chairman of Pilot Group. Pilot Group is a privately-owned group of companies focused on providing customers with leading-edge, innovative technology solutions.

An advocate of creative thinking, Phil is motivated by pioneering concepts and inspired by bold new perspectives on commercial issues. He enjoys working with upbeat, ambitious and talented people, helping to fuel his keen interest and investments in a diverse range of start-up businesses.

Phil’s strong sense of community has led him to undertake a variety of significant responsibilities including Board Directorships and Trustee positions with local and national organisations. He is also on the Chair of Governors at one of the top-ranked schools in Manchester.
